- Randstad Group Belgium — Facility Manager a.i.: a 14-person department, a real estate programme covering around 160 agencies and hubs, and the RFP for a new national access control system.
- Aliaxis Holdings — Interim Health & Safety and Facility Manager: led the stay-or-move project that extended the current lease, and built the reporting tools behind the budget process.
- Siemens Real Estate — FM consultancy: quick audit of the department, process and organisational improvements, service-provision reporting for internal customers and external tenants.
- Danone Belux — Facilities & Fleet Manager a.i.: office downsizing, a new car policy, and daily management of some 280 vehicles.
